Major Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:

  • Interpret and identify fundamental knowledge of Jiu-jitsu etiquette, hygiene, history and safety.
  • Assemble and construct basic self defense, grappling and submission holds in Jiu-jitsu.
  • Assemble and demonstrate elements of a Jiu-jitsu tournament.
